Course Prices
Please note that we reserve the right to vary our prices.
Bookings
Bookings can be made by completing an online booking form or by telephone, however telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing. Your booking will be unconfirmed until we receive your signed booking form and payment, if completing an online booking form you are agreeing to abide by terms and conditions set by First Rescue Training & Supplies Ltd, however your online booking remains unsecure until payment is received.
Cancellations and substitutions (scheduled courses)
No charge will be made for cancellations providing First Rescue receives these at least 14 days before the course start date. Substitutions will be accepted providing they meet the course pre requisite.
Cancellations within 14 days of the course will incur the full course fee however in some circumstances transferring onto another course may be possible at the discretion of First Rescue (an administration fee will apply) only one transfer will be allowed per booking.
Cancellations of in house courses
If you have to cancel a course, the following charges will apply:
More than 1 months notice – No charge
1 - 4 weeks notice – 50% of total cost
Less than 1 week notice – Full cost of course
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Attendance
If you arrive late for a course or are absent from any session, we reserve the right to refuse to accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient skills or knowledge in the time remaining. No refund will be given.
Certificates
Initial certificates are included in the course fee providing the candidate is successful. All certificates are sent to the invoice address. If replacement first aid certificates are required for any reason a £15.00 (excluding VAT) charge will apply.
Payment
Payment must be made with booking unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with First Rescue in writing, payment can be made via online credit/debit card, over the phone debit/credit card, bacs or cheque. Certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received. Late payment of an invoice will incur a fee of £25.00 per month overdue.
Limitation of liability
First Rescue shall not be liable for any loss suffered by the customer (except in respect of death or personal injury caused by First Rescue's negligence) including loss of profits arising out of performance of the contract by First Rescue or it's sub contractor.
